Should I uninstall Intel HD drivers before installing 7970?

should not have to..just go into the bios and set the first boot device as the gpu and then reboot. if you want to free up the ram the onboard gpu is using under the primany gpu settings will be a setting to turn on/off the onboard gpu.

Yes I would. If you don't there could be a conflict between the two device which could cause problems.

Yes, just to be safe. If the drivers conflict with each other then it could cause all kinds of problems.

OK I'll uninstall them then just to be safe. Also I guess there's no point leaving them there if I am never going to use them again (hopefully). Problem is the only Intel thing I see in my driver sweeper is intel chipset. I know that when I uninstall AMD drivers that it leaves a bunch of things that my driver sweeper finds, but I'm not sure how I would go about getting rid of all the Intel drivers.
