Hello i recently bought i card for my friend and wanting to give him it in a few days as he just wanted a cheap one so he could play games smoothly on low settings. Anyway the graphic card i bought for him is a: Xpertvision 4850 HD 512mb graphic card. :sol:

I want to use this graphic card to test it out before i give to him but i don't know if i can as the (8pin is different)?? The 6 pin connector fits perfect but there are 8 holes... I am looking for an adapter cable thing for it but i can't seem to find one. Can anyone tell me what one should i be using? It's like the GTX 480 8 pin connecter. Thanks!!!! Hope for reply soon. :bounce:

Thanks but doesn't seem to be the right one.

Top row = SSRR
Bottom row = RRRS

S = Square, R = Round

The 6 pin fits fine but still there are 2 holes left :/ could it work without the full 8 pin?

No, it won't work with only a 6-pin! lol, that would not be a good idea... That is a standardized 8-pin PCI-e connector I linked for you
