GT 620 M Video issue

Hey guys i have Acer Aspire E1-571G with this specifications...

intel core i3-2350M.3MB L3 cache
GT 620M 1GB
intel HD 3000
4 GB DDR3 Ram
500GB Hard Drive..
Windows 7 ultimate 64 Bit...

My problem is when playing HD Movies i notice them stuttering slightly ..this is obvious when the camera is moving from scene to scene ...i have the latest drivers ...but i have never changed the control panel settings ..also windows media player doesn't allow the Graphic card to take over... so i have tried other players but the same issue....I have the Free movie Tears of Steel 1080p as a test video...

My question is ....are their any settings i can change in order to get past this stuttering ?
also what is the recommended player should i use in order to make the card take over ??

try Klite Codec Pack + Media Player Classic

make sure you enable hardware acceleration!

I Did but i think that the problem is that the intel HD 3000 always takes control and i can't get the Geforce to take instead ..when i try and edit the nvidia control panel mpc is always stuck with the option of integrated graphics and can't change it to nvidia
