i have all my specs planed out but i am looking for a gpu still my budget is $225 and the ones i am looking at are,

XFX Core Edition FX-785A-ZNL4 Radeon HD 7850 $179.99

HIS iCooler H777F1G2M Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB $124.99

EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Fermi – $194.06

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 1GB - $189.99

HIS IceQ X H785QN2G2M Radeon HD 7850 2GB - $199.99

i will be playing bf3, planetside2, arma 2 (dayz),minecraft and i plan to try and get 30+ fps on ultra or high and dont want to have to go for a more expensive card if possible.
im also ok if i can get away with a cheaper card and upgrade in a year or so.

-i5-3570 3.4GHz (hoping to get 3.8GHZ) - $214.99
- Asus P8Z77 V LX $99.99
- gpu - $?
-Corsair XMS3 8GB (2X4GB) $32.49
-Seagate barracuda 500gb 3.5” 7200RPM hard drive $58.98
- seasonic 620w s12ii- 620w modular psu - $85.99

the three 7850's are your only viable options out of that list. sapphire, xfx and his are all good card manufacturers. i'm leaning more into the xfx 7850 though. but any of them are all fine wine in my books.
the 560 is only viable if you want to enable physX in planetside 2. but in terms of pure graphics processing muscle, the 7850 will always be the better choice between them.

noo 7850 go for like $150, you can get 7870s all day for under $200

even two 7770's in sli are about as fast as a 7950, they go for $100 all day, although the issues with crossfire usually are not worth it.

also consider a 7870le for about $235 or a 7950 for $270

you might want to read more info as to how xfire/SLI works coz you are sorely mistaken about the xfire 7770's capabilities. it's not in the same league as a 7950, trust me on this one bro. you were right about the 7870 tahiti LE though. for just under $240, you'll get performance that is pretty much the same as a $290 660ti.

I would take a look at the non-ti GTX 660 cards. The EVGA GTX 660 FTW Signature 2 is only $15 over your budget by newegg prices and thats a top-end card for that line and will compete directly with an AMD 7870.

The standard EVGA GTX 660 is $220 on newegg.

I can vouch for the GTX 660, especially if you want physx. I have a pc with a Gainward Golden Sample 2GB 660 and it runs BF3 on Ultra with MSAA and AF turned on over 40 fps at 1080p.

I will agree however, that the 7870LE is a great performance value card...

you should be able to find a HD 7870 for $200; and a HD 7870 LE/XT (Tahiti core) for around $225-$240... the 7870 LE/XT (tahiti) would be the absolute best GPU you could get for that price range. If you can't get it for your 225 max, grab a normal 7870. It is the next best option at that price point.

Pick the Sapphire HD7870 XT Boost, performs like a HD7930
