New built, need gpu, help me choose

I just ordered my new built. Everything is top of the line. FX 8350 cpu, gigabyte ffx990 mobo, 750watt psu, 16 gb ram 1600, need a gpu now. Im not a serious gamer and would like to keep the price under $250. Then again i do want quality. So up to $300 whats the best gpu I can get?

What do you mean by not a serious gamer? What would you say you want to do with this $250-$300 graphics card?

I like diablo 3, waiting on witcher3, but I may try crisis. I don't know. I just would like a good quality gpu. I was looking at this one and decidet to ask you guys/girls first

Let me put it this way, right now I have a 4350. So anything will be bettter then I'm used to. I'm just building this new monster and I'd like a decent gpu for it. I don't need to run 3 high end gpu's. Thats for sure

Any day now Tom's will publish his best Graphic's Card for Feb 2013. Last one was Jan 17 so it should be soon. It shows the best gaming card for the money.

well, if you "may" try crysis, you can buy a 7950 for about $300 and get crysis 3 and bioshock infinite for free. or you can sell both and pocket $70-80.

other than that you can get a 7870 for around $200 which should max out all games at 1080p and you will get tomb raider and bioshock infinite for free, you can probably sell the game codes and pocket $65-75

Get the 7870le! It is basically a weak 7950, for almost the same price as a 7870

There are reviews for both and they favor the Sapphire..
