My bluetooth can not send

Hello, my bluetooth can not send to mobiles but it can receive !
my laptop is win7 64 bit and c series vpcca15fa < thanks a lot

That might be a mobile limitation. I have an iPhone and can't send OR recieve with BT, only use it to hook up stupid keyboards. What mobile is it?

right , i had forgetten to tell u , my mobile was recieve and send to my laptop correctly without any problems>
