Best GPU - under $100

Im looking to get a better gpu for my Computer. I have 4gb ddr3. Phenom ii x4 965. A 550 w psu. Suggestions

Under $100 best is hd 7750 1gb at 94d.but i suggest to add few bucks and get hd 7770 at around 110-120 d

Ashish is right but if you plan on playing any modern games a cheap GPU really won't give you a playable FPS. My advice would be don't buy a $100 GPU, save up and get a good one for around $200 like a 7870 Myst or 7870 XT. At the moment they are the best price/performance GPU in my opinion. By doubling the money you spend you wil see 3 or 4 times the FPS and getting a lot longer life out of the $200 GPU.

also, dont get blinded by the amount of memory of a GPU. a 4gb is useless you the gpu is slow. even if you make that 8gb

no, not limited, even the great gtx 680 cannot maximize the pci-e 2.0, let alone a lower card. so don't worry.

and i agree, save up more, get a decent card. just make sure you have a good psu also

That should be fine.
Don't worry though; it your budget only allows for a $90 card, the HD7750 will play, just on lowered (perhaps to "medium" on the most demanding titles) settings. If you've read reviews and seen screenshots of current games, you know that medium doesn't exactly suck any more.
