SLI or CROSSFIRE ?

So i want to run 2 cards but dont know what to pick SLI or CROSSFIRE i just want the bset Performance

These are the cards im thinking of running in SLI or CROSSFIRE

What should i pick Nvidia or AMD ?

i would say Sli with the 670's just because most modern games tend to favor nvidia and sli seems more stable than crossfireX
