Blank screen after installing drivers on GEFORCE GTX 650

I just built a PC and when I install the graphic driver it reboots and after the starting windows screen its all black and I can only see the mouse.... Any help, please?

Hmm, now when you installed the driver did you have the card installed or not? Also, are you able to get into safe mode?
