When using my IMac, the printer always show media jam and low ink even when it has ink and there is now media jam will not print. We have a PC that will still work during this time.
Please make sure that your printer firmware is updated. Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark Pro900 Series Firmware Update. The update will addresses the problem where the printer is having trouble recognizing ink levels and it will also help improve your printer's overall performance.
