Bios and startup screen is off center

I have a HTPC system for over a year now and never gave me any troubles. Running 24/24 with an HD6570 in it. The system is connection through an onkyo reciever to my TV.
Now yesterday i bought a HD7750. deleted the old drivers, plug in the new card and hit start. Everything works smooth it start up and works. But my bios screen and the screen when windows 8 is loading are out of the center of my tv. The moment windows is running the screen is normal.

I already tried a bios reset

Why is that a problem, if it's running 7/24 anyway?

Because i can't install windows if the install menu is offscreen

Ah, now i see! Any option in the osd of the TV to change aspect ratio or frequency? Obviously the TV doesn't recognize the screen parameters right. Have you tried to connect it without the receiver?
