Graphic card problem

I have EAH 6570 (1gb ddr3) graphics.When i installed it,the computer was fast and after 2 months...
My pc began to boot slowly...
It would take around half a minute to boot...
And also games are running slow...
Please help me...
I have..

Intel core 2 duo cpu e7200 2.53ghz..
2gb ram..
Win 7 os...

Download c-cleaner and tune up software and use.if possible upgrade to 4gb ram.
