Hi Bud,
You need to hit the second from the left button on the front of the display..it's the "exit" button, it will then light up the B light indicator, which is the DVI input 
Good luck with the monitor, it's a kickass one (own one myself )
Make sure though to have the DVI enabled on the videocard. If it still isn't working try powering on the monitor after the pc has booted into eg. windows, then it will, on my system, go directly to "indicator B" meaning DVI
