SLI for GTX 670

I will soon be building my own rig and have chosen the MSI GeForce GTX 670 Power Edition OC version. I will run the single card for a year or two and then pop in another one.. Now, I have a few doubts about SLI and they are -

1. If I want another GTX 670, should it be the same model Graphics card or can I, say for example pair an ASUS GTX 670 and an MSI GTX 670?

2. If I do plan on getting the 4GB DDR5 version for the second GTX 670 and pair the 2GB DDR5 version with it, is that even possible? And will it be a good move?

1. It's recommended to have identical parts, but it's not necessary
2. Pairing 2GB and 4GB cards won't give you any benefits over having 2x2GB cards.
