Need some advice on graphics card choice!

So I am looking to get a new graphics card but sadly I can't spend more than £50 on it. I would like to run games such as "Euro Trucker Simulator 2" so that it looks nice and with little lag. I also work a lot in Unreal Development Kit, and would like that to run better as well.
My current graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 5400 series, and it is quite choppy in UDK, and Euro Trucker 2 has to run on pretty low settings to keep it playable. (I can't switch on the lights on the truck without serious frame rate issues as well!)
I was advised to get this card: ATI Radeon HD 6670, and I have seen some videos of Skyrim and Euro Trucker running pretty well on this card. It is also within my budget, so I am wondering if I should go with this one or if anyone has any other suggestions? Baring in mind my budget and the kind of games/software I need to run.

Go with hd 6670 1gb ddr5 version or it is not in budget then get ddr3 version 6670 1gb

Thank you for your reply! And yes the ddr5 version is £52 on amazon, so that would be fine

If anyone has any more suggestions I would be happy to hear them.
