What's a good graphics card to buy?

Hello, I am going to be building a gaming pc. I have never built one so I am not too sure what to look for, but I would like some input on a graphics card to buy that would go well with this build. I would be willing to spend around 200 dollars maybe a little more for one. Also if you could tell me if this build is good, if anything will be bottlenecking the system too much, and if I need to buy anything else like cables and wires. I am probably going to get a heatsink cpu fan as well. The monitor seems sketchy to me as well, just wondering if 120hz is worth it.
