How to extend wifi range with another router

i having balkin f7d1401 how can i extend wifi range .

or get a router that supports DD-WRT firmware and configure it as a Bridge Repeater.

Hi thanks for your reply, which option would give me best coverage and be most robust. Also considering cost if that makes sense.

I think ill either go the extender or DD WRT route, I was thinking of getting a buffalo router. What sort of range would this give?

I know its not an exact science, but any pointer would be great.

Sorry never used a Buffalo router. I usually use Netgear, Linksys, or Asus routers.

the additional range would really depend on the type of wall you have and how many.
