Ati radeon hd 4800 series crossfire overheating

Hello,
I have ati radeon hd 4800 crossfire cards and the temp rages upto 120c when i play games. i have a cooler master installed and i have just cleaned all the fans. pc just switches itself off after 5 mins playing time. please help. Si

Food you blew out the gpu fans/heatsinks as well? What case/system specs/motherboard. Heck what gpus, "4800" isn't specific enough.

You can try underclocking/undervolting, need to look at you case cooling, swap which card is on top. Easiest way to see if your case is a problem is to take the side off and point a desk fan at them
