I think that you could have chosen a better thread title.
I presume that you already have the E5200, 4GB RAM and 9500GT.
Presuming that you also have a decent PSU, I think you'd be best jumping on eBay and getting an E8400 and a GTX260 (or similar). With a little patience, that should come to less than the price of a 7750, and will be better than either of the builds you suggest.
