PCI E booting up with black screen

I picked this PC up for cheap and would like to use it as a media center on an old Svideo tv. I have two graphics card that I've tested with this PC and both of them aren't booting. I have made sure the PCI E is the primary boot in bios, but to no avail. please help!

I would question whether the power supply is putting out enough to run a graphics card. With aging and all that is.

Thats weird then...is your bios up to date?

try another power supply the one your using may be two weak to post with the gpu installed.
