8 dvice vs. 16 device rambus??/

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase some more r-dram for my system and came across listings for "8 device" vs. "16 device"

both are for RAMBUS 256MB 800MHz -- "16 device" flavor costs $3 more, so I doubt there's a huge difference, but .. .WHAT IS IT??

ps -- any resources for purchasing (good vendors?) or brand??? I am finding samsung for $74 and Kingston for $75 -- and syncmax (?) for $65 ....

Samsung 16-device would be best, especially if you're going to be overclocking. That's exactly what I use.
