Tp-link tl-wr542g connecting pc problem,H.E.L.P.

Hello,
i have a tp-link tl-wr542g Access Point (Extender) have 4 Ethernet Ports And a port Called "WAN"
when i plug the Access point to PC With the Network Cable ..And Plugging it With the AC ..Nothing Happens ..The Acces point Stills on Green Lights (means working) ..But in my PC nothing happens and still Say "Network Cable unplugged in"..Please Help Me :S ...i need to setup the AP as a Repeater ..(Reciveng The Wirless Signal from Other Router ..And Resend it To Others...Please HELP

That's a router, not an access point. And if you are using it for wireless why are you using the network cable? Read over the instructions for the router to see how to configure it for use an an Access Point, you can't just hook it up to the other router and have it work.
