Graphics card need help

i am building my pc and was thinking of getting windows 8 and cant tell if i would work with the gpu or doesn't it matter
the gpu is a Galaxy GeForce GTX 660 GC 2GB

That graphics card will work just fine with windows 8, just make sure to download the windows 8 drivers from the nvidia website.
