You can do that! The limit you are thinking of is 137 GB for the ATA100 standard. You may not be limited by this depending on your hardware, but even if you are you are not reading a drive larger then 137 GB, you are reading 2 that are 100 each. Keep in mind that while the OS is going to see one drive that is 200 GB, the CONTROLLER sees 2 100 GB drives and it then tells the OS that it is 1 200.
