Best Graphic Card for 300 Watts

Hello, I have a HP P7-1414. I am looking to upgrade my GPU for a better gaming experience. What do you guys suggest?

The best gpu with a psu of that wattage, apparently seems to be a 6670, but i would highly recommending an upgrade of the PSU then getting something like a 650 or something along those lines.

7770 is the best you're going to run on that PSU. but it wont hybrid crossfire with the integrated GPU like the 6670 would.

Will i have no problem running this?(not crossfire)
No risk of overheating/high tempetures.

A 7770 cannot run with 300w.
The other two that these guys said is better than what I had in mind (a GT640)
