I have a dual 1800XP system with 512Mb of PC2100 DDR ram, the thing is when I run a bench mark I only get a read/write speed of 900Mb/sec, I believe that my RAM is capable of doing this at 2.1Gb/sec, is this true, and do I have to mess around with my jumpers, if so what sort of voltages should I be passing through the RAM? I have an ASUS A7M mobo, and I have it set to turbo mode in the bios.

I've only seen one motherboard (MSI K7T266 Pro2) that can get close to 2.1GB/s without overclocking. It's no surprise, though you should be getting better bandwidth than that.
