Setup Home LAN without Internet Access

Pretty much I have Dlink dir655, home is setup with cat6. Currently do not have Internet access. Wife wants to be able to stream video from her iPhone to the Apple Tv from one of her apps. Problem is if she is part of the wifi she can't access the app. Weird part is this was working a few weeks ago by coincidence. I was able to pull down data and be part of the network at the same time.

Tried contacting Dlink on their boards and haven't gotten a response. Called customer service and was told to disable the dns relay and that would do it. Needless to say, it has not.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Actually, your topic of setting up a home LAN without Internet is fairly easy. It's streamming video from your iphone that is tough.

The ATV is there, if not it wouldn't e giving me the option the stream to it.
