I need some help. I am oblivious when it comes to upgrading my video card i currently have this video card and is quite dated http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150579 this card will run stuff for me but i want better.I have a 400 watt power supply and about 100 bucks to spend. I am try to be able to play the new Simcity game coming out in March i have everything but a card to run it. the specs off thier site is as follows :VIDEO:
