Wifi security

we have two wifi hot spots and are house from Time Warner cable When I go to network map I see my computer and one other + Motorola -gateway I can open my computer but when i click the other one it brings up Media player How do I know if I'm secured so they can't see my stuff. My Wifi is 802 with Wep. They can't access any thing if I got a password on my computer?

Step your wireless security up from WEP which is easily hacked, to WPA2 and set a strong key.

I suspect the other "computer" is a Plug and Pray device associated with your own connection but the higher level of security is a good thing to have.

ok I trust them an ya i think we have pretty good Security she payed out the butt for a good one and ya i have a strong pass word on my desktop
