Pc for adobe photoshop

hello frds, i need some help.
i want to bulid a new pc for adobe photoshop cs6,
ASRock's AMD FM2 FM2A85X Extreme6 comes with Integrated AMD Radeon HD 7000 series graphics in A-series APU

is it extra graphic card is required?

Nope. The integrated gpu should be able to handle photoshop for general use. Just make sure you have plenty of ram. If you find the computer isn't up to your requirements in photoshop, you can always put in a more powerful graphics card.
