Supposedly we can get Corsair PC2700 CAS2. I've heard though that there are problems with actually achieving CAS2 forcing you to run at CAS2.5. Is this true?

If so, then would it be better to get PC2100 CAS2 or chance the Corsair PC2700 CAS2? Is PC2100 CAS2 faster then PC2700 CAS2.5?

If memory rated to run at Cas2@166MHz fails to do so, you can send it back and get another stick.

The problem doesn't seem to be related to the actual RAM. I have a feeling it's just one of those infamous VIA bugs in the KT333.
