Ive lost connection to my router for one of my computers

I'm running several xp units, one vista and two Window 7 units not all at the same time the Window 7 units are wireless but only one of them is on at a time. The vista and one xp is one most of the time The other 2 are laptops that I connect for updates one is wireless the other I'm not sure
