  1. Single GTX Titan 6gigs would be my choice because it performs awesome and not only that you can do 3-way SLI... GTx 680 isn't a bang for buck when gaming because 670 can be OC to be faster than a 680 "stock" clock... If your not doing 3D then just go with Tripple X fire 7950 3 gigs because it'll perform awesome but will consume way more power(more bill to pay) and generate lots of heat(need good ventilation).. the GTx Titan is a better choice for Temperature/Performance/Wattage ratio compared to all those cards...

No im not planning on 3D and i can deal with power bill and heat. Will the trippe x fire 7950,s be able to max out games as i am to believe that a single titan can not. Also after i make my choice i will not be able to afford another upgrade for a loooooooong time so thinking about a second GTX Titan will just be wishfull thinking
  3. 2 680's are faster than a 690 but will probably produce more heat.

A single titan is slightly slower than a 690 but cooler and quieter.

The optimum solution is two titans for 60fps on high settings.
  4. Crossfire suffers with much more stuttering than SLI and they don't tend to put out drivers quite as swiftly. I wouldn't recommend any crossfire solution.
