Just purchase Lenovo G580 without dedicated graphic card, having PCI express bus

Hello,
Lenovo G580 laptop purchased without dedicated graphic card but have express PCI card slot; ?
Can I add 1GB external graphic card to my laptop, I mean can I actually place graphics card inside of laptop such as we connect additional RAM.
Is it possible for my purchased model i.e. Lenovo G580

no you can't upgrade laptop graphics
the processor and integrated graphics are integrated into the motherboard

Pcie is a desktop connection, no laptop will have this. Mxm would be for laptop graphic cards but you won't really find this on anything but high end $1500+ laptops.

The cpu is not integrated and the gpu is on the cpu in this case.
