Hey all,

I need some advice on what to do about my situation at the office. My work supplied me with a small form factor PC that is decently powerful for what I need do do (mostly excel work & Quickbooks).

It has:
  • 8gb (I think DDR3) RAM
  • GT 520 video card
  • 500w PSU
  • Intel i5 2500
  • Intel DH61BE Motherboard

I have (2) 22" AOC monitors plugged in via DVI into the GT 520, and I would like to add a 3rd.

I've realized that I can basically only achieve this by adding another card. The problem is that this Intel DH61BE motherboard only has (1) PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot, so I would have to get a card for the PCI-E x1 slot.

I've found this HIS HD-5450 card on newegg, and I guess I'd be willing to spend ~$70 on it, though it seems like overkill for what I want. Is that right? Also not even knowing if I can run a GT-520 in one slot and an HD-5450 in another (probably not, but I'm not sure!)

Any other options would be greatly appreciated, especially if they're under $70 :D

    Thanks all!

Well you fulfilled the request for under $70 :)  I'll look into these USB adapters, never really gave them a chance.
