ati tv-wonder and WinXP

hi guys,

I have an ati tv-wonder pci card, which worked very well when i used Win2k pro, but now i have WinXP pro and frequently the picture is scrambled (but not always????), i use the ati multimedia centre software (newest version), ati seem to recognise the problem, but i dont know how to fix it, if anyone has any idea on what to do it would be greatly appreciated

(i have a GF2 mx 400, asus A7V 266a, athlon 1400, 256mb ddr)
