Asus Bluetooth Dongle

Hello,
I have just bought an Asus 64bit Bluetooth dongle but since installing it my laptop won't shutdown unless I turn off the power. I also tried to uninstall the Bluetooth suit that came with it and it wouldn't uninstall. Anyone else had a similar proble.

Try unplugging the dongle then uninstalling the software. Reboot your pc and plug dongle back in. This time allow windows to install drivers itself. If you manage to do that you should be ok
