playing t2g things on dvd player

hi

ok from what I understand I know you can transfer movies ect from TiVo to
your pc and then either watch it on pc or your laptop by dling the desktop
software. But I was wondering if and how there is a way to see the same dvd
disk on like mobile dvd players for long car trips so others people can use
lap top while kids are watching movie or their shows on car players.

If you lookup Tivo-to-go on Tivo's web site, you will see they are
offering a special version of Sonic's MyDVD software (for purchase) that
will burn DVD's from transferred shows.

Or if you want to save the money and are comfortable configuring
software, you can use the method at www.evillabs.org/tivo to do it
(Though you'll still need dvd burning software). I'm going to guess
that the former method may be your best route.
