when im in game on fo3 the walls and floors etc are flashing diffrent weird padderns and colors how do i stop this?

It happens because your graphics might be struggling to keep up. Try a lower settings, use a max FPS of 30 is possible.

Either graphics problems, or OS incompatability. The steam page for fallout 3 says it may of problems on windows 7, try running the game in compatability mode for vista
