hello, im building a gaming pc but my budget is too tight can you guys tell me Is a GigaByte HD 7770 better than GigaByte GTX 650 1gb? also what processor should i get does the intel 2 duo will do the job or should i get intel core 2 quad? i want to play games like gtaiv,bf3,codmw3,ac3

timil is correct. Since you specifically include BF3, I'd try to get the GTX650Ti if possible.
Also, you don't want Core 2 anything; that's generations old. Please post your budget. In fact, there's a Sticky at the top of the New Builds section containing a template of questions, whose answers will allow us to provide the most relevant suggestions to you.
