Best budget ARMA graphics card

Hey guys,

Im planning on building a PC soon for gaming.
Games I will be playing are:
ARMA 2 and ARMA 3 when its release
Flight Simulator X

I am looking for a graphics card that can allow me to play the games on quite high settings.

Specs:
16GB DDR3 RAM
AMD FX 8350 piledriver black edition

Within your budget, you should be able to find a HD7850.
Edit: Actually, since that's about $190, you may even be able to find a HD7870, but probably not; not quite.

I have a 4870x2 and get very high settings in ARMA2...you can get this card for around 125 US dollars
