HDMI question

Hello, I am new to buying graphic cards so I have a noobish question. I am interested in buying the EVGA GTX650. It comes with a mini HDMI. I am currently using a HDMI from my monitor connected to the motherboard. The monitor is 1920x1080. If i buy the GTX650, can i still connect the monitor through the motherboard or do i have to buy a mini hdmi to hdmi connector. Thanks for the time.

The monitor needs to be in the card to use the card unless your mobo can use virtu.
