What do you guys think? How would I run this?

So, I have seen images of gaming at 2160p and in my general opinion graphics make a game, I love being astounded by them. So, could anyone suggest the parts I'd need to get this quality? I'm not sure if 2160p 3D exists but if it does I will be buying that so I need a system that can run every game on max no problem.

Also needs to be able to run mods so if I download a insanely graphic enhancing mod I want it to run like I never actually downloaded the mod.

I was thinking, I5-3570k with 16GB of 1600Mhz ram and GTX 680 4GB. But then again I'm noob to this. Thanks for your help!
