The Pinacle dc10+ is going for about $50 on Ebay right now. Please note that it is not Win XP compatible (unless there's new drivers out there that I'm not aware of).

The Pinacle DC10+ is a PCI card. You can get USB capture cards cheeper, but they are of much lower quality. Because of USB bandwidth limitations they can only capture in Mpeg1. You want Mpeg 2 captures for better quality, so stay away from all USB capture cards and stick with PCI.

The DC10+ capture in high quality Mjpeg codec using a on card hardware encoder.
It have full resolution, high quality and low CPU useg.

As far as I know XP drivers are under development.
