Connecting to Zone Multiplayer Games

Hello,
Whenever I clear my cache I cannot connect to the games. It can take me a day or two of constantly trying. I have no idea what the problem is as eventually it does connect again.
I am using Windows 7.

are you talking about deleting the hard drive cache from visited websides and what game are you having issues with
