this address " 192 168 0 1"will not open on google chrome, firefox or internet explorer in order for me to configure the computer....what is the problem?

Maybe your router has a different gateway address, check that by typing ipconfig into the command prompt box and see what gateway address is listed. Then use that address in your browser.
