ATI TV WONDER VE

For the life of me I can't figure this thing out. When trying to watch tv the picture is scrammbled unless I click to record. But even then it does'nt clear up on all channels.When I scan all channels where It shows all of them on the screen, they are clear.I have them all selected in set up and have the correct NTSC selected.Also have the most recent multimedia driver package from ATI's website.
Any help would be great.

yeah, i was suckered into buying an ATI TV wonder ve too. anyways there is a fix for your prob.
start your tv tuner. While the splash screen is still being displayed, right click on your desktop and do nothing until the TV window is displayed. This should
clear everything up. I don't know why or how this works, it just does.
