Convert RJ45 to wireless using a ADSL Router

I have an ADSL router like the one showed below & internet from the provider via a RJ45 cable.

I need to share the incoming internet from the RJ45 cable to the remaining three RJ45s & over the wireless. I am unable to understand the logic on how to do it. Can someone tell me how to configure the router to get this working?

Also the internet provider needs me to authenticate via their default webpage before I can access the internet & I can say it doesn't have any MAC binding. :??:

you might have to assign a Static IP to the WAN side of the ADSL router like 192.168.200.1 for it to work
