GTX660 can Battlefield 4 run ultra-high??

It is recommended that want to change Gtx660 to Gtx690??

lol... depends on your viewpoint. do you feel getting 45fps average is playable @ ultra? we dont know yet because all we know is we are going to be given a beta to start, and i expect it to be buggy so do you mean final product or open beta? otherwise your fps on ultra in open beta will be about ~37fps.

No... Pure and simple at 1080p or above it won't do it.

turn off MSAA and it will run @ 1080 just fine, med/high/ultra...

im @ all high settings 0xMSAA and average 60 fps.
