Resolution will not go up!

Let me give a brief description of the boat I'm in at the moment:

One Video Card: Radeon X1550 Series

Split to two monitors. They are both the same model: SyncMaster 2443

I have installed the drivers fine and have done this for multiple workstations with the exact same setup and had no issues.

So my question at this point is why the resolution will not go as high on one monitor as the other? The highest one will go is 1920 x 1200 and the highest the other will go is 1440 x 900. Why in the world would two monitors of the exact same model receiving input from one video card not support the same resolution on one of about 30 or so workstations I've done this configuration with? The other 29 work fine! This is highly frustrating because I've tried everything except forcing a resolution through the registry. Any one have any ideas?

Do both monitors show up as Samsung SyncMaster 2443 in the Catalyst Control Center?

How are they connected? Both DVI?

what refresh rate are you using?
